OFFICE POLICY

Massage Table
  • 24-hour notice required for cancellation or rescheduling. Please text or call to cancel close to that time.

  • A $25 late cancellation fee will be charged for hour appointments, $50 for 90 minute appointments.

  • Please refrain from wearing perfume due to sensitivities. 

  • All services are non-erotic; any request for or mention of sexual services will result in immediate termination of the session.

  • Cash, credit card, check, venmo, and paypal are all accepted. 

  • If you are late to your session, please understand it will still end on time; we cannot always extend your session as there are people scheduled after you.

  • Aetna, PIP(car insurance), Ambetter and Labor and Industry are in network.

  • Other insurances are out of network; we will provide a superbill you can submit for reimbursement.

  • Please do not come to the office if you are sick or have cold or flu symptoms, even if you think you are past the contagious part.

  • The door to 110 Lakeside Ave is not marked with the Westwood Healing Arts name, but it is the correct door. Please have a seat in the waiting area at the top of the stairs, and we will come get you.
